Revenant Systems ("we," "us") runs this website at revenantsystems.ai. These terms cover your use of this website — not any software we build for you.

This isn't your services contract

If you hire us to build software, that engagement is governed by a separate contract we both sign — a proposal or agreement with its own scope, price, and terms. Nothing on this website creates that agreement, changes it, or fills in anything it leaves out. If these website terms and a signed services agreement ever conflict, the signed agreement controls.

Acceptance

By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site.

Acceptable use

Use the site the way it's meant to be used. Don't scrape or bulk-download it, don't try to breach or disrupt it, and don't use it for anything illegal or harmful to us or anyone else. We can restrict access for anyone who doesn't.

Pricing shown on this site

Prices on this site — like the standard $650/month platform fee, $49/month per staff login, and $150/hour for changes — are our standard rates, which we adjust to each project. Timelines like "1–2 weeks" and "4–8 weeks" are illustrative ranges drawn from past projects. None of it is a quote, an estimate, or an offer for your project. Actual pricing and timeline come only from a written proposal scoped to your project.

Intellectual property

The text, design, and code of this website belong to Revenant Systems, except where noted. You're welcome to read it, link to it, and quote it with attribution — not to copy the site itself or resell it.

The client names and logos shown on this site — including Mr. Camera, Stickman, Umbrella, Logic, and GEM Beauty Bar — are trademarks of their respective owners, displayed to identify work we've built for them, including working prototypes. Showing them isn't an endorsement by those companies, and we claim no rights to their marks.

Third-party links

This site links to things we don't control — our client portal at portal.revenantsystems.ai, and, from the blog, other companies' products and sites. A link isn't an endorsement of everything on the other end. We aren't responsible for third-party content, availability, or how those sites handle your information — read their own terms and privacy policies separately.

No warranties

This site and everything on it — copy, pricing examples, blog posts, the glossary — is provided as is, with no warranties of any kind. We try to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee that any of it is current, complete, or error-free, or that the site will always be up.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows it, Revenant Systems isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of this website, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim arising from this website is capped at $100.

That cap is about this website only. It doesn't apply to, reduce, or change the liability terms in a signed services agreement for a software project — those are negotiated on their own and stand on their own.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site or our services change. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do, and we'll reflect a material change here before it takes effect. Using the site after an update means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from this website is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in Clark County, Nevada.
