Revenant Systems ("we," "us") runs this website at revenantsystems.ai. This page explains, in plain English, what information the site collects and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site — pages viewed, time on page, general location (city level), and how you found us. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects data as described in Google's privacy policy. We see aggregated reports, not your identity.
- Email you send us. If you email dan@revenantsystems.ai, we receive whatever you choose to send. We use it to reply to you and, if we work together, to run the project.
What we don't do
- We don't sell, rent, or share your information with anyone for marketing.
- We don't run ads or ad-tracking pixels.
- We don't collect payment information on this site.
- We don't send marketing email unless you've asked for it.
Cookies
The only cookies on this site come from Google Analytics. You can block them with your browser settings or an extension like Google's opt-out add-on, and the site works exactly the same without them.
Client project data
If you hire us, anything you share for your project — documents, data, credentials — is used only to build and support your software. Your software, data, and code belong to you. We don't reuse client data, and we're happy to sign an NDA before you share anything sensitive.
Data retention & your rights
Analytics data is retained on Google's standard schedule. Email correspondence is kept as long as it's useful for working together. If you'd like anything we hold about you corrected or deleted, email us and we'll take care of it.
